“The practice aims to give excellent and safe patient care, within a whole-staff culture of continuous learning, improvement and innovation by engaging with all patient population groups, acting on their needs and by developing an ethos of patient responsibility and self-care where appropriate, to enhance Patient Health and Wellbeing.

The Practice works in close partnership with the Patient Participation Group that aims to provide a clear focus of patients’ needs by enabling a communication route for Patients’ views and thereby helping the Practice to improve.”
