You may receive a letter, text or other communication from NHS England or Primary Care Support England (PCSE) asking you to confirm your details.
This is part of a routine process to make sure GP practice lists are accurate and up to date.
Please don’t ignore it. If your details can’t be confirmed, you could be removed from our practice list and may need to re-register before you can access GP services.
Moved house?
Changed your phone number?
Changed your email address?
Please make sure we have your up-to-date contact details.
And if you know someone registered with us who hasn’t been in contact with the practice for a few years, please encourage them to check their details too.
